Rozeboom Futbol Academy is led by former professional soccer player, Lance Rozeboom. RFA limits the coach-to-player ratio based on our experience and belief that developing skilled players requires focused attention, positive reinforcement, and quality teamwork.

As a professional soccer player, I'll admit that I can’t stand to watch average soccer. That’s why I started RFA — to give young Iowa kids the experience of high-quality skills development through intentional guidance, self-awareness, and a fun, positive soccer culture. Our goal is to help young soccer players build the foundational skills they need to become quality athletes.
